this man has abused us since even before the adoption took place, more than a year before his "epilepsy" took place. he was never an important part in our lives. we only stayed quiet because we were little kids and were scared of what else he would do to us. In fact, saying his abusiveness was only a part of his "epilepsy" is ridiculous since when my mother started to get an idea of what he did to us, she threatened to leave unless he changed. he stopped for a few years, but when the whole thing about my sister came out, she was ready to leave finally. i guess that animal couldnt take dissappointment and failure......well, he's got a lot of that now.... i wanted him to rot in jail the rest of his life and i wont rest until that happens.

I feel that Tim Eubanks should have fried for what he did. Or at least spent his natural life behind bars. But no. He has the chance to get out and do the same thing to another family in the future. As for the kids, they need to be re-assured that their grand parents will never allow anything to happen to them now that they are in their care.
The prosecuting attorney needs to think about the lies she told before the judge, and should contact the Kirby's, and their grand children to give them a public apology for completely screwing up the case. The District Attorney should also come forward and give them the apology that they deserve.

What happened today should never have happened. We were never informed of any motions/actions by either side. We learned most of the things from friends of the children who read it in the newspaper or heard it on TV. We had our tickets, hotel room, and van waiting for us, but just when it became too late for us to do anything about it everything changed. There was to be no flight, no hotel, NO TRIAL, only a plea bargain which we were told was the best offer. We were told he "probably" would never get out of jail alive. Some comfort that gives us. The little girl's dream he is after them with a knife to kill them, too. How said is that? All of us are shocked at what happened seemingly right under our noses, all along being reassured everything was going to work out for our good. Where is the justice? He left 5 children without a mother, and parents without our daughter for what? Did he think he was saving face by murdering our daughter instead of just a divorce?
By the way, the oldest son who the TV said was always in contact with him, is a son from a previous marriage NOT Tina's son.
Anyway, the children are all getting along pretty well all in all. They miss their Mom, and I can't take her place. They say that "she was supposed to see me graduate, go on a mission, get married, have babies of our own". Now, she will have to look down from above to smile on them when they do these things. The children are all doing well in school: the older two have 3.7 and 3.9 GPA's and the other three are A/B's. They have made good friends and we are so proud of them and we know that their Mom is proud of them, too.
I miss my daughter ever second of the day. Her and I could talk forever about everything and anything. We would even watch TV together while on the phone. She was a special woman of whom I am well pleased to call my daughter. She raised her children to be polite and well learned and to attend church. I still can't believe she is gone.
Our family would like to thank all those in Nacogdoches who helped us in our time of need. There were so many of you most of which I did not know and just kindhearted people of the public. Thank you for helping us. We want to thank all of our new friends here who have been so kind, helpful and loving towards our family. I would like to thank my son for taking the lead in being the one to contact the officals and my brother who has been there for me whenever I just needed to cry. We wish for God's blessings to be upon all of us now and forever.

The truth about my daughter has not fully been told. Let me explain first of all that Tina was going to the aurthorities
to let them know that her oldest daughter had been molested by this "Animal" for 4 years. That is why she was killed, contrary to what was said by the Sentinel in this article. The other important point is that the murder was premeditated. He told the older 2 children after attending Seminary not to come back to the house like they always did. This was the first time they were told not to come back to the house. The 2 little girls listened with horror as their mother was screeming for her son to help her. After the Animal murdered my little girl, then he
molested the second oldest granddaughter. The children were more than willling to testify on behalf of their mother but were denied that as a result of the plea bargain struck by the DA. The molesting and physical abuse of the children came way before the Animal had epilepsy. Therefore, disproving what Mr. Heath said about the medications. If this case had gone to court and all the evidence was provided the best outcome for him may have been life in prison. The DA never kept us informed about postponements of the trial. We always had to find out through other sources. We found out Thursday afternoon about the plea bargain which left us no way to get to Nacogdoches by 10AM that next morning. That's why a family representative was not present. Tina was a loving, caring, compassionate person. She was her mother's best friend and as her father we talked daily. She was an amazing mother to her children and they all miss her dearly. She was truly a woman of great faith.
