Here is a question for all of you .. If a man confesses to Molesting his daughters in a church , does the church have no leagal right to report such actions to the law.. Why does the confession have the right to hide such things , I disagree with this more then I ever have before .. If a person confesses horrible acts he has committed against an innocent life then you have all right and should report these things to the first officer you can find , truth is i dont care how great a God you have i whole heartedly believe that any of your god would want the lives of the innocent protected but yet a church will listen to such confessions and not report them .. allowing children to suffer and be harmed , and in the end as I am well aware of .. lossing a life in the end .. Do churches have no moral rights to do all the can to stop such acts from occuring? if something is confessed and a church offical has not reported such things do any of you think that a church should be held accountable in some way for what may have been prevented with a simple call?
